When I was bored at Generali Investments, I was starting to think of cool animals that could yield some cool search results when looking for cartoon drawings. What I found out is that this method really works on efficiently reducing individuals on their prime motives that they use to interact in organizations. It is more descriptive and telling in simple graphics than any complex character assessment and anlysing political behavioural strategies employed. And it works like a charm for doing HR due diligence to very quickly do a very rough edge model hypothesis for how founder teams work together to create or destroy execution value.
